  • Glazed artichokes cooked on a griddle with vieira (scallop) and cauliflower creamy sauce.
  • Fideuá (pasta noodles) in truffle sauce with egg yolk, young garlic, Parmesan cheese and
    truffle.

Fish:

  • Bonito (high quality tuna from the North of Spain) with golden potato rounds, wakame
    seaweed salad and fresh tomatoes.
  • Cod cheeks in a Pilpil sauce with green beans and potatoes.
  • Grilled taco de bacalao extra (high quality cod) with cremoso de patata (creamy mashed
    potatoes) and borage.
  • Grilled octopus with fried peppers and glazed potatoes (€6 supplement).

Meats:

  • Suckling lamb shank cooked at low temperature.
  • Gorrín crujiente (crispy suckling pig) with truffle sauce, young garlic puree and sweet
    potatoes.
  • Angus beef hamburger, grilled cheese, arugula, onion jam, tomato and bacon with truffle
    potatoes and spicy sauce.
  • Carrilleras (pork cheeks) and manita crujiente (crunchy trotter) with creamy mashed
    potatoes.
  • Grilled vaca vieja T-bone steak (high quality meat from a 5 years old cow) with truffled
    fries.

DESSERTS

  • Torrija (French toast) of caramelised Brioche bread, chocolate, almond and orange teja
    (petit four) cake, with passion fruit mousse.
